iOS 9.2 beta release : What's new in iOS 9.2



As you know when public release of iOS 9.1 is announced, Apple already develop and test iOS 9.2 internally. So What's new in this new iOS update ? It seems that Apple will add support for Arabic language. This will include support for Siri as well, so it can be spoken in Arabic language when do conversation with it's users. Apple initiative to add support Siri already appear since iOS 8 when they install Keyboard dictation and Quicktype to support Arabic.

In the future, Apple will also establish new retail store in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as part of their support to that particular country.

iOS 9.2 public beta already available to beta testers since October 29. You can try to download it's beta release by following these steps : 

1. Visit this link in your iPhone to apply for Apple's Beta Software Program

2. Download the iOS 9 beta software profile from that link

3. Next, Go to Settings app in your iPhone, Choose General and select Software Update

4. Download and Update in order to perform OTA update directly from your iPhone.

iOS Update - What's new in iOS 9.1



Recently, Apple announced new iOS update for their devices. We notice that this new update comes with several improvement.


1. Quick reply for apps



If you are a whatsapp user, you definitely want to update to the new iOS 9.1. In this update, you can do quick reply from it's notification when someone chat you. Actually, quick reply already available on iOS 8 but only available for apple message.


2. 4K support for iMovie




If you are using iPad Air 2, this is a great new s for you. In iOS 9.1, you can create and share 4K video with iMovie using your iPad Air 2. Other Apple device which can use 4K feature in iMovie are iphone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and iPad Pro.

3. New emoji Characters



Apple add new emoji support for their iOS keyboard. There are quite bunch of new emo available for you.


There are several minor optimization as well in this new update, for example intelligent detection for live photos. Here are the complete lists from apple :


 • Live Photos now intelligently senses when you raise or lower your iPhone, so that Live Photos will automatically not record these movements 
    • Over 150 new emoji characters with full support for Unicode 7.0 and 8.0 emojis 
    • Improved stability including CarPlay, Music, Photos, Safari, and Search 
    • Improved performance while in Multitasking UI 
    • Fixes an issue that could cause Calendar to become unresponsive in Month view 
    • Fixes an issue that prevented Game Center from launching for some users 
    • Resolves an issue that zoomed the content of some apps 
    • Resolves an issue that could cause an incorrect unread mail count for POP mail accounts 
    • Fixes an issue that prevented users from removing recent contacts from new mail or messages 
    • Fixes an issue that caused some messages to not appear in Mail search results 
    • Resolves an issue that left a gray bar in the body of an Audio Message 
    • Fixes an issue that caused activation errors on some carriers 
    • Fixes an issue that prevented some apps from updating from the App Store

iPhone jailbreak for iOS 9 to 9.0.2 is out!!



Even iOS 9 has been released for only several weeks, there is jailbreak for this iOS already. The Chinese Pangu jailbreak team has released untethered jailbreak for iOS 9 and it claimed to be compatible with all apple devices which compatible with iOS 9. 

Altough the jailbreak is out, the OSX user still has to wait because there is only windows installer available right now. If you want to do the jailbreak, it is advised by the Pangu team to backup your iphone. Other things that you can do to increase the success rate are turn on the airplane mode , disable your "Find my iphone" and your passwords.

How to Install OSX El Capitan for your Mac



It's pretty easy to install the new OSX El Capitan for your mac. Just make sure you backup your mac before upgrading to prevent data loss if there any errors that may happen during the upgrade. Using time machine for your backup is sufficient as upgrade preparation.


To Install OSX El Capitan, you need to :

1. Launch the Mac App Store from your dock.

2. Go to featured section inside the app.

3. You will see big banner of OSX El Capitan lay horizontally in the top of the app.

4. Click the download button to start download ( You may need to login to your account )

5 Time saving tips for your iphone 6s & other iOS gadgets

With the new Apple iPhone 6s, new features being added to improve productivity. Here, we are going to share some tips that also applicable to other iOS devices : 

1. Fast reply to your notifications

Depend on the apps which have notification features, in your notification centre you can swipe down the notification message to see the apps option. Most apps have this kind of features. 

You save : 1 second




2. Use Siri to read latest message

Siri could be really useful if you want to know latest message in your iphone. Just say "Siri, read my me my text message" and it will read latest unread message from your iphone. 

You save : 2 seconds



3. Peek a website using 3d touch (for iPhone 6s)

If you receive message from your friends with certain url, you can use 3d touch to peek inside the url without switch or open safari.

You save : 0,5 second



4. Peek your emails with 3d touch (for iPhone 6s)

Usually, we opened our emails from our inbox to see what the message are and go back to our inbox to see other email. Now, in iPhone 6s, you can peek your email by using 3d touch and dismiss it directly after you see it.

5. Take a photo to send it to your friends 

In iMessage, you can directly take a new photo or record new video and send it directly to your friends. To do this, within iMessage, long-press the camera icon to open it's menu. Swipe up to take picture or to the left to record a new video.

How to setup "Do not disturb" mode in your iOS device

If you are working or want to enjoy your "me" time, this mode can be really helpful for you. In this post, I'll show you how to go inside this mode and what else you can do.

- First, Go to Settings app.

- Choose "Do not disturb" . You'll see options like below :


- You can choose to turn on this mode manually or schedule it (for example in the night when you want go to sleep or go to a meeting)

- If you want only receive calls from certain person you can also choose "Allow Calls From" and choose your contact.

How to activate or deactivate 3D touch in iphone 6s



By default, 3D touch is on iphone 6s, but there also an option to deactivate it. It may be useful for people who have problem with their motor skill. To access 3D touch, use following steps :

1. Go to Settings app

2. Choose General

3. Choose accessibility

4. Choose 3D Touch

5. Slide to the left to deactivate it.

How to downgrade your iphone iOS 9 to iOS 8.4.1



Some people don't like to use apple new iOS which now has reach version 9. The brand new iOS 9 comes with several new features, but most user concern about it's performance and battery usage, even for Apple iPhone 6s users. 

If you also one of many users that already upgrade to iOS 9, you can downgrade your iOS version to 8.4.1. Here are the steps :

1. Make sure you backup all your data and apps from your iphone, so you can restore it later.

2. Download IPSW file for iOS 8.4.1 version which match with your iPhone from here.  Choose your iphone device and save it.

3. Turn off Find My iPhone feature. Go to Settings -> iCloud -> Find My iPhone. Slide the button to the left to deactivate it.

4. Next, turn your iphone off and run iTunes in your mac / computer.

5. Connect your iphone to your mac / computer. Press and hold Power and Home button for 10 seconds. Release the power button and stay press the home button. 

6. After you get notification that your iphone is in recovery mode, you can release the home button. 



7. Click iPhone icon device in the top of iTunes bar and then click summary in the right panel.

8. Press and hold Command button (mac) or Shift button (PC) when you click restore button.



9. Choose the IPSW iOS 8.4.1 that you have downloaded before and the proses will start.

10. After the downgrade process is done, follow the instruction in your iphone.
